Xiaomi has unveiled the new Mijia Air Conditioner Giant Power Saver 2026 in the Chinese market. The device has already appeared on the JD.com platform, priced at 1899 yuan (approximately $280). Sales are officially scheduled to start on May 30. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The air conditioner has an Annual Performance Factor (APF) of 5.36, which meets the first-level energy-saving standard in China. According to Xiaomi's estimates, this technology allows for energy savings of approximately 208 kWh per year.
The Mijia Air Conditioner Giant Power Saver 2026 is equipped with a 108 mm diameter fan, providing an airflow of 760 m³/h. According to the company, the device can reach the set temperature in a standard room in just three minutes. It is also equipped with the Mijia Lingyun smart system that adapts to user habits.
The new model is integrated with the Mijia app and supports the HyperOS Connect ecosystem. The device features Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, self-diagnostics, and error reporting. For example, it sends notifications about filter cleaning or low refrigerant levels.
A unique feature of the air conditioner is its self-cleaning system. Internal components are washed and dried at 58°C to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria. The device is designed to operate in outdoor temperatures ranging from -35°C to +60°C, and the noise level drops to just 18 dB in night mode.
