Chevrolet Cobalt tops sales in Kazakhstan, beating Tucson

The Chevrolet Cobalt became the best-selling new car in Kazakhstan in February 2025, according to the Kazakhstan Automobile Union (QAO), Kursiv.media reported.

After Hyundai Tucson took the lead in January, the legendary Cobalt made a comeback in February. A total of 1,776 Cobalts were sold last month — a 62.6% increase compared to January.

Overall, 2,080 new Chevrolet vehicles were sold in Kazakhstan in February — up 79.3% year-over-year.

Despite this, Hyundai still holds the top spot in the brand ranking with 4,043 units sold and a 44.8% annual growth.
