Guardiola explains Man City’s loss to Real Madrid

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola commented on his team’s elimination from the Champions League.

“We couldn’t match their physicality and tempo, which caused us problems in possession. We conceded in their first attack, defended poorly, and struggled throughout. The better team won, congratulations to Real Madrid. Now we will focus on the Premier League,” said Guardiola.

Manchester City lost 3-1 in Madrid, exiting the Champions League with an aggregate score of 6-3.
