In the fourth round of the Spanish La Liga, Real Madrid played away against Real Sociedad and secured a 2-1 victory.

Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring in the 12th minute. In the 44th minute, Arda Güler strengthened the lead.

Mikel Oyarzabal scored the lone return goal for the hosts. The Spanish midfielder converted a penalty in the 56th minute to reduce the deficit.
