Rayo Vallecano will renovate their stadium pitch

The Spanish club "Rayo Vallecano" has a unique stadium, with a pitch width of 66.4 meters. However, UEFA did not consider these dimensions to be standard.

After the club unexpectedly qualified for the Conference League, in response to this requirement, the pitch width for tournament matches is being reduced by more than one meter on each side, bringing it down to 64 meters. Now, the club's management is considering making this dimension the standard for domestic league matches as well.

Currently, the club ranks tenth in the Spanish championship standings and will play against "Real" in the next round.
