Ruben Amorim explained the reason for Kobi Mainoo's limited playing time

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim shared his thoughts about midfielder Kobbie Mainoo. The 20-year-old player has appeared in the starting lineup only once this season—in the League Cup match against Grimsby, in which the team suffered a defeat.
"I see how Mainoo is training, and he really deserves to play. However, in order to bring him onto the pitch, I would have to remove another midfielder from the main squad, but they are displaying very strong performances," Amorim said in an interview with UtdDistrict.
Kobbie Mainoo has made a total of eight appearances this season and has provided one assist. In addition, the "Red Devils" will play against Tottenham this Saturday.
