Benevento Head Coach Dismissed

Another coaching resignation has occurred in Italian football. Following the departures of coaches from “Atalanta” and “Pescara,” another Serie A team that recently competed – “Benevento” – has taken a similar step.

“Benevento” has dismissed Gaetano Auteri. Interestingly, this decision was made after the team's victory against “Foggia” in a Serie C match.

It is considered a rare occurrence in football for coaches to be dismissed following a victory. Auteri will be replaced by youth team coach Antonio Floro Flores.

As a former player, Floro Flores played for “Sassuolo” and is recognized as an experienced figure in the sport.
