Manchester United targets young Portuguese player

Manchester United is reportedly interested in signing Salvador Blopa, a midfielder from Lisbon's Sporting club. The 18-year-old player has made just one appearance for Sporting's first team, scoring two goals against Alverca in a 5-1 victory.

According to Mail Sport, the "Red Devils" are closely monitoring the talented footballer and are considering his acquisition in the near future. Blopa is noted for his versatility: he can play in almost any position on both wings, although he predominantly operates on the right side.

The young player's potential is further underscored by his performance for Portugal's U-19 national team, where he has scored two goals in eight matches.
