Majority of World Championship Participants Announced

This week marked the conclusion of the final matches of the European qualifiers. Based on the results, the national teams of Austria, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, and Scotland have secured direct qualification to the World Cup final stage.

Four more participants from UEFA will be determined through playoff matches scheduled for March. As of now, 39 teams qualified for the World Cup have been confirmed.
