Mark Gehi could join Liverpool only in winter transfer window

Crystal Palace central defender Marc Guéhi might transfer to a new club during the winter transfer window. According to Sky Sports, the London club's management believes that only Liverpool could acquire the 25-year-old English player in January.

Other major clubs, however, are planning to sign Guéhi as a free agent next summer. Marc Guéhi is reportedly not planning to extend his current contract.

His contract is set to expire in June 2026. Therefore, the January transfer window could represent the last opportunity for Crystal Palace to profit from selling the player.

Clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United are also reportedly interested in Guéhi.
