Top Teams for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Revealed
Forty-two national teams have already qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. In March, an additional six teams will be selected through UEFA playoffs and intercontinental matches.
The prestigious Goal portal has ranked the 42 qualified teams based on their strength. England's national team holds the top spot in the rankings.
Goal experts view this team, led by Thomas Tuchel, as the main favorite to win the 2026 World Cup. Reigning World Cup champion Argentina is in second place.
The top three is completed by European champion Spain. The rest of the top ten includes France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Morocco, and Japan.
Meanwhile, Brazil's national team is ranked only 12th.
