Barcelona and Bayern Compete for Grimaldo

Bayer's left-back Alejandro Grimaldo has caught the attention of two major European clubs – Barcelona and Bayern Munich. According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the German club is reluctant to let their key player join the Munich side.
However, if the player expresses a desire to return to Spain, Bayer’s management may not oppose the move. Grimaldo’s contract with Bayer is valid until mid-2027.
According to Transfermarkt, the 30-year-old footballer is valued at 30 million euros. A product of Barcelona’s youth academy, Grimaldo has previously expressed his wish to continue his career in La Liga multiple times.
