Merson: Slot Needs Time

Former England national team footballer Paul Merson shared his thoughts on the future of Liverpool head coach Arne Slot. The Merseyside team has managed only three victories in their last 12 matches, with the rest ending in defeats for Slot's side.

“Here we are, approaching the end of November, and in my opinion, Slot still hasn’t figured out his best lineup. However, it should be noted that Slot needs to be given time.

It is impossible to win the championship every year,” Merson said in an interview with *Sportskeeda*. In the Premier League standings, "The Reds" currently sit in 12th place with 18 points.

On Sunday, Slot's team will face West Ham away.
