Young Boys match will not be broadcast in France

The French football club "Lille" will play its next UEFA Europa League match against Switzerland's "Young Boys." The game will take place in the city of Bern; however, it will not be broadcast in France.

The official announcement was made by Canal+, the network holding the broadcasting rights for the tournament. The reason cited is the advertisement of the trading company Plus500, displayed on "Young Boys" team kits, which is banned in France.

This company has been on the "blacklist" since 2016, making advertising from it prohibited in the country. As a result, this situation has not only impacted investors seeking to avoid financial risk but also restricted football fans.
