Paris Appeals Court Rejects Mbappe's Claim

Paris Appeals Court Rejects Mbappe's Claim
The Paris Court of Appeal has once again rejected Kylian Mbappé's request to freeze €55 million from Paris Saint-Germain’s accounts. This amount had been claimed by Mbappé as unpaid wages and bonuses.

According to the court's decision, the footballer was ordered to cover court expenses and pay PSG €3,000 for procedural abuse. Although the funds had been frozen in April, the court declared this measure baseless in May.

Now, Mbappé's appeal has also been denied. A representative for PSG stated that the court's decision proves the illegitimacy of Mbappé's claims.

At present, the parties are continuing legal disputes: Mbappé is accusing the club of psychological pressure and attempting to coerce him into signing a new contract, demanding €253 million in compensation. PSG, in response, has filed a counterclaim of €440 million against the player.
