PSG Denies Prohibiting Safonov from Playing Quidditch

PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov shared a humorous post on his Telegram channel. The footballer posted a photo of himself on a broomstick, referencing the fictional game Quidditch from the Harry Potter books and movies. According to Safonov, his contract with PSG does not include any clause prohibiting Quidditch. "I reviewed my contract. I didn't find anything about Quidditch in the list of banned extreme sports. I will take advantage of this 'loophole,'" he wrote. Earlier, PSG reported that Matvey Safonov sustained a fracture during the Intercontinental Cup final. The Russian footballer's condition will be reassessed in January, approximately 3–4 weeks from now.
