The President presented a car to world champion Gulshan Alimardonova

Gulshan Alimardonova, who won a gold medal at the World Karate Championship held in Cairo (Egypt) on November 27-30 of this year, was awarded a Presidential gift. This was reported by the Uzbekistan News Agency.

According to a government decree, the first Uzbek athlete to become a WKF world champion among women was awarded a BYD Song Plus DM-i UzPride car.

For information, in the World Cup final, Gulshan Alimardonova defeated her Malaysian opponent with a score of 6:1. Thanks to this victory, she became the first female world champion in Uzbekistan\'s sports history.
