Filippo Galli calls Allegri a team alchemist

Former Milan defender Filippo Galli praised Massimiliano Allegri’s work at the club. In his view, the coach has found a way to make the players fit together and has managed to make the team operate on the pitch like a more efficient, well-oiled machine. Galli stressed that Allegri’s main strength lies in his ability to manage the team: like an “alchemist,” he created the right “chemistry” between the players and triggered the needed “reaction.”
