Stuttgart scored four first-half goals away at Bayer

The Bundesliga Round 16 match between Bayer and Stuttgart unexpectedly turned into a one-sided affair. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .
In the 7th minute, after a pass from Deniz Undav, Jamie Leweling opened the scoring. In the 29th minute, Maximilian Mittelstädt converted a penalty, wrong-footing the goalkeeper to make it two. In first-half stoppage time, Leweling struck accurately from distance to complete his brace, and soon after Undav finished another attack with a goal to make it 0–4 before the break.
In the 66th minute, Alejandro Grimaldo scored from the penalty spot to reduce Bayer’s deficit — 1–4.
After this result, both teams have 29 points. Along with RB Leipzig, they are level in third place in the standings.
