Leweling says he doesn’t want to leave Stuttgart

Germany national team and Stuttgart winger Jamie Leweling responded to rumors about a possible departure from the club. Earlier it was reported that England’s Bournemouth had offered €40 million for the player. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .

Leweling, who scored a brace against Bayer on January 10, dismissed the speculation about his future in an interview with Sky Sport.

“The usual talk: I don’t want to leave. That’s true. Our team has a plan, and I have personal goals as well. I feel comfortable here. You could see it today too — nothing is bothering me,” the footballer said.

The club’s sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth also confirmed that the player will not move to another team this winter. This season, 24-year-old Leweling has played 25 matches, scoring 6 goals and providing 7 assists.
