According to recent media reports, Jose Mourinho is close to taking charge of Real Madrid again. However, this appointment could prove much more expensive for the club than anticipated. Initially, Real Madrid could have signed the 63-year-old specialist for 7 million euros, but Tuesday's deadline was missed due to internal conflicts. Now, the "Royal Club" will have to pay 14 million euros for Jose Mourinho. The coach's current contract with the Lisbon club runs until 2027.
