Stoke Space's Nova rocket prepares for flight

Stoke Space has unveiled the first flight stage of its fully reusable Nova light rocket. The SN1 series prototype has been delivered to the Moses Lake test site in Washington state, where it will undergo full ground testing. This is reported by Ixbt.com reporting states.

This stainless steel structure is designed to verify all operating modes before flight. Once testing is complete, the stage will be returned to Kent to be equipped with final systems.

Installation of the seven Zenith oxygen-methane engines that will form the base of the first stage has begun. Both modules of the rocket are planned to be sent to the SLC-14 launch complex in Florida to prepare for the first orbital flight.

Meanwhile, the upper stage is also being prepared: the flight model of the Andromeda 2 oxygen-hydrogen engine and the heat shield have been assembled. This assembly is undergoing final preparations before being sent to the test site.
