Uzbekistan Citizens to Enjoy Extended Holidays for March 8

Uzbekistan residents will have extra days off in March.

According to the holiday calendar from the Ministry of Labor, Uzbekistan will have a three-day holiday in honor of March 8 in 2025.

As per the calendar and the Labor Code, if a public holiday falls on a non-working day, the day off is transferred to the next working day.

Thus, Uzbekistanis will have a break on the following days:
March 8 – Saturday, holiday, day off;
March 9 – Sunday, day off;
March 10 – Monday, additional day off.
