Uzbekistan increases air conditioner imports by 9%

In January–February 2025, Uzbekistan imported 25.6 thousand air conditioners, uz.kursiv.media reports. This marks a 9.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

The majority came from China — over 24.7 thousand units. Other top exporters included Turkey (287 units) and South Korea (215 units).

Earlier, it was also reported that Uzbekistan imported 552.6 thousand mobile phones during the same period.
