Why is the platform that pays for 10,000 steps not working?

Reports that the ecofaolfuqaro.uz platform, designed to pay citizens for walking 10,000 steps, is not working are being widely discussed on social media. The Ecology Committee has issued an official statement regarding this situation.

According to the committee, technical work is currently underway on the platform. It is stated that specialists are working to further improve the system's performance and resolve existing malfunctions.

"Additional information will be provided once the technical work is completed," the official statement noted.

For reference, this platform was launched as part of the “Eco-Culture” national project, aimed at encouraging a healthy lifestyle and increasing ecological awareness among the population. Additionally, a presidential decree mandates the revival of the 10,000-step walking initiative throughout 2026.
