Woman survives bear attack in Russia’s forest

A 36-year-old woman has survived a terrifying bear attack in Russia\'s Khabarovsk region, Tengrinews.kz reports.

She was walking through the forest when a brown bear suddenly attacked. Despite suffering serious injuries to her shoulder and arm, she managed to escape and flag down a driver who called for medical help.

Doctors treated her for deep wounds and said her survival was nothing short of a miracle. She is currently in stable condition at a local hospital.

Authorities believe the bear might have been defending its territory. An investigation into the incident is underway.
