Earthquake in Kyrgyzstan also felt in Uzbekistan

On September 22, 2025, at 07:04, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 occurred in the Botken district of Kyrgyzstan, Kursiv.media reported based on information from the Uzbekistan Seismoprognoz Center.

The epicenter was located at a depth of 10 km below the earth's surface, and the shaking intensity at the center was 3 points. In Uzbekistan, this shaking was felt at a level of 2 points in Quvasoy and Fergana districts.

The earthquake epicenter is located approximately 265 km from Tashkent.
