UN sanctions on Iran reinstated

UN sanctions on Iran have come back into force. They were lifted in 2015. The United Kingdom, France, and Germany reimposed measures because Iran did not comply with the nuclear program conditions.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkiyon called this decision wrong and unfair. According to him, Iran is focusing only on energy production, not weapons.
However, Western countries do not trust Iran. They emphasized that the country is not allowing supervision and is not providing complete information about its uranium stockpiles.
European countries stated that there is still an opportunity for discussion. Israel supported the sanctions and called on the international community to take strict measures.
