Uzbekistan Enters Top 10 Gold Producers

According to Visual Capitalist, Uzbekistan has entered the top ten largest gold-producing countries in the world. The country ranks 10th with an annual production of 129.1 tons of gold.
Among Central Asian nations, Uzbekistan is considered the leader. Kazakhstan holds second place in the region with an output of 87 tons.
China holds the top spot in the global ranking. The country produces 380.2 tons of gold annually, accounting for more than 10 percent of global production.
Russia is ranked second with 330 tons, while Australia takes third place with 284 tons. Canada, the USA, Ghana, Mexico, Indonesia, and Peru are also among the major gold producers.
