Man caught half-naked in public

Yesterday, April 1, a video appeared on social media showing an unknown person in Tashkent, Chilanzar district, violating public conduct rules by walking half-naked, which caused various discussions. This offender was detained for 10 days.
According to the document, on March 22 of this year, Sh.O., born in 1998, recorded a video in a half-naked state at the entertainment venue “Magic City” in Chilanzar district of Tashkent, attracting public attention with his actions. In addition, he performed various actions among citizens, disturbing public order and committing minor hooliganism. Furthermore, Sh.O. continued the offense, ignoring lawful requirements of police officers.
Yesterday, April 1, the case was reviewed by the Chilanzar District Criminal Court. At the court session, Sh.O. admitted his guilt, stating that there were no signs of administrative offense in his actions, that he did not realize possible serious consequences, regretted his actions, and requested leniency.
The court found Sh.O. guilty of administrative offenses under Articles 183 (minor hooliganism) and 194, Part 1 (failure to comply with lawful requirements of internal affairs officers) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Thus, the video circulated on social media not only attracted interest but also once again demonstrated that the law’s requirements are taken seriously.
