The video related to the deaf driver turned out to be fake

A video allegedly showing a deaf driver being insulted has spread widely on social media, sparking heated debates among the public. The Samarkand Regional Road Safety Department has issued an official statement regarding the incident.
It is reported that the situation shown in the video was actually staged, and there was no deaf driver at the wheel. Three young men deliberately filmed this video and posted it on social media. This was sharply criticized by users.
During the investigation, these individuals were identified, and a legal assessment of their actions was given. The case was considered in the Samarkand City Criminal Court, and appropriate sentences were imposed. In particular, the person who drove the car was sentenced to 8 days, and the two passengers next to him were sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
In addition, during the inspections, it was established that the person driving the vehicle did not have a driver\'s license. For this reason, a report was drawn up against him in accordance with part 2 of Article 135 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Currently, this car is temporarily placed in the impound lot. This situation once again showed that the distribution of artificially staged videos on social networks leads to serious consequences.
