Galatasaray targets Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic

London’s Chelsea may sell goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic to Galatasaray this summer, according to euro-football.ru.

The Serbian keeper spent last season on loan at French club Strasbourg.

According to journalist Simon Phillips, Galatasaray wants to sign Petrovic as a replacement for Fernando Muslera. The Turkish club plans to take him on loan with an option to buy.

Earlier, Petrovic asked Chelsea not to include him in the squad for the Club World Cup, as the management could not guarantee him a spot in the starting XI. As a result, he decided to seek a transfer during the summer window.
