Borriello: Milan Needs a Striker Like Giroud

Former Italian footballer Marco Borriello, born in Naples and having played for numerous Italian clubs, including AC Milan, shared his thoughts on the Serie A title race. According to him, while AC Milan is performing well, the team lacks a classic number nine striker like Olivier Giroud.

“Milan needs a pure striker, someone like Olivier Giroud. Nevertheless, the team is showing confidence.

Pulisic and Leao are very dangerous on counterattacks,” Borriello stated in an interview with pianetamilan.it. It is worth noting that while Napoli is currently the champion of Italy, AC Milan is leading the league table.
