Messi Ranked 17 Places Higher Than Ronaldo in The Guardian Rankings

The Guardian has published the next segment of its annual ranking of the 100 best football players of the year. Lionel Messi, the forward for Inter Miami, has secured the 34th position in the list.

The Argentine star ranks significantly higher than Cristiano Ronaldo, who is at the 51st position. The publication has yet to announce the top 10 players in the ranking.

Positions 11–20 are as follows: Nuno Mendes (11), Cole Palmer (12), Gianluigi Donnarumma (13), Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (14), Declan Rice (15), Désiré Doué (16), João Neves (17), Jude Bellingham (18), Scott McTominay (19), and Lautaro Martínez (20).
