Pedri Calls Match Against Real Madrid a Nightmare

Barcelona midfielder Pedri recalled the highly unfortunate "El Clasico" match for him. The Blaugrana’s clash against Real Madrid took place in late October and ended with the Catalan side losing 2-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu.
At the end of the game, Pedri received a red card, and shortly after, it was revealed that he had sustained a serious injury. "That game against Real was a nightmare for me in every way: we lost, I got the first red card of my career, and I got injured.
That injury had a very serious negative impact," the 23-year-old player was quoted as saying by Mundo Deportivo. The year ended successfully for Barcelona: Hans-Dieter Flick's team recorded consecutive victories and reclaimed the top spot in the league table, pulling four points clear of Real Madrid.
