Atletico forward is very close to moving to Roma

Atletico Madrid forward Giacomo Raspadori is one step away from returning to Italy. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Roma have sent an improved offer to the “Colchoneros” for the 25-year-old, and the parties are close to reaching a full agreement. The deal is expected to be a loan with an option to buy. Roma are currently trying to agree the contract details with the forward himself.

Raspadori only recently joined Atletico — in August 2025. Before moving to Spain, he played for Napoli.

The Italian has made 14 appearances for Diego Simeone’s side, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists.
