Uzbek riders win five medals in Bishkek

International equestrian competitions in dressage and show jumping were held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Athletes from several countries competed for top honors in these prestigious events.
The Uzbekistan national team stood out with their high level of skill, solid preparation, and confident performances. Our compatriots finished the tournament with a total of 4 gold and 1 silver medal.
Alina Shevsova's performance was particularly noteworthy. The Uzbekistan representative competed successfully in several categories, reaching the top of the podium four times.
Riding her horses "Zamperoni" and "Nosito De Muze," Alina Shevsova won the CDI3* Grand Prix, CDI1*, CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle, and CDI1* Intermediate I Freestyle. This result once again demonstrated the harmony, preparation, and technical skill between the athlete and her horses.
In equestrian sports, speed and strength are not enough. The rider's experience, trust with the horse, precision of movement, and attention to detail are crucial. Alina Shevsova outperformed her rivals in these aspects, bringing 4 gold medals to Uzbekistan.
Additionally, in the CSI1*-W 110cm category held as part of the third stage of the World Cup, our compatriot Dilshod Shokirov also made it to the podium. He performed successfully with his horse "Ladi," earning a silver medal.
This result shows that competitive athletes are emerging in Uzbekistan's equestrian scene on the international stage, where every movement, jump, and error-free phase directly impacts the final score.
According to the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, our compatriots finished the international competitions in Bishkek with a total of 5 medals: 4 gold and 1 silver.
