Jamal Musiala has his driver's license revoked

Bayern Munich star midfielder Jamal Musiala has had his driver's license revoked following a high-speed traffic accident on the motorway. The Germany international was involved in a collision while driving his high-performance electric sports car, leading to serious legal consequences. This is reported by Goal.com .
The incident occurred on April 13, 2025, while Musiala was traveling on the A8 autobahn towards Salzburg. The Bayern midfielder was driving a 600-horsepower Audi RS e-tron GT. According to Munich prosecutor's office spokesperson Florian Lindemann, the footballer failed to notice a car on his right while attempting an overtaking maneuver, resulting in a collision.
Investigations revealed that Jamal Musiala was traveling at 194 km/h in a zone with a 120 km/h speed limit. Two passengers in a VW Golf sustained minor injuries in the crash. The total material damage caused by the incident is estimated at approximately 200,000 euros.
The Munich District Court sentenced the 23-year-old footballer for endangering road safety and causing bodily harm through negligence. Musiala, a product of the Chelsea academy, will not only pay a substantial fine but has also had his driving privileges revoked.
The prosecutor's office clarified that Jamal Musiala will be unable to get behind the wheel for at least nine months. A new driver's license can only be issued to him in the autumn. For now, the footballer's representatives have provided an official statement and confirmed that the court ruling has taken legal effect.
