Xiaomi unveils affordable AI smart glasses

Xiaomi has unveiled a new pair of smart glasses called AI Glasses, Rozetked reported. The device is one of the most affordable offerings in the market.

Weighing only 40 grams, the glasses come with a standard set of smart gadget features.

Built-in is the Xiao Ai voice assistant, which can describe surroundings and nearby objects. Object recognition is powered by a 12 MP (IMX681 module) camera, which also supports 2K video recording. For high-quality audio input, the device uses six microphones.

Users can listen to music and answer calls via the built-in speakers. The battery lasts up to 8 hours and charges via USB-C.

There are three versions available: a standard model, an electrochromic version with adjustable tint, and a model with color-changing lenses.

The base version is available for pre-order in China for 1999 yuan (around 3.5 million soums).
