iPhone gets smarter: Siri learns to edit text

Apple is preparing to introduce an updated Siri equipped with artificial intelligence and Apple Intelligence capabilities in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27. The new features are aimed at providing users with more efficient assistance in writing and editing text. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .

New tools like "Write With Siri" and "Help Me Write" will appear above the keyboard. These features allow for rewriting text, changing styles, and automatically correcting grammatical errors. The system's operating principle is reminiscent of the popular Grammarly service.

In Messages, Mail, and other text editors, users can view suggested corrections via a special menu that appears from the bottom of the screen. Users can accept changes one by one, approve all at once, or reject them.

Apple is further developing its existing spell-check function by adding deep grammatical analysis capabilities. These innovations will be officially presented at the Apple WWDC conference on June 8.

Apple also plans to update the Photos and Camera apps using artificial intelligence. These changes are expected to provide great convenience for iPhone users in performing daily tasks.
