Durov Code: VPN and Telegram proxy blocking intensifies in Russia

Complaints about the failure of MTProto proxy services for Telegram in Russia have surged. Users across various regions and different telecom operators are encountering this issue. Many proxy servers are either experiencing intermittent connectivity or have stopped working entirely. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
In parallel, users have begun reporting widespread disruptions in VPN services. Industry experts suggest that regulators may have discovered a new method to block MTProto proxy protocols, which Telegram uses to bypass restrictions and mask traffic.
Additional challenges have also emerged for VPN services. Hosting providers report that certain network mechanisms are being blocked, including Chrome browser fingerprints and specific variants of the TCP-RAW protocol. These technologies are used by many VPN solutions to circumvent traffic filtering.
A similar situation occurred previously. At that time, MTProto proxy services failed en masse, but the Telegram team managed to resolve some of the issues with an update. So far, official authorities have not commented on these restrictions.
