Snow falls in Uzbekistan’s Qashqadaryo in April

Uzbekistan is currently experiencing unusual weather, including rain and thunderstorms, upl.uz reported.

In the Gelon village of Shahrisabz district, Qashqadaryo region, snow fell overnight. The sudden drop in temperature led to snowfall, which is rare for April.

Meteorologists warn that the snow may damage flowering plants in the region.
