Shavkat Mirziyoyev's official visit to China began (photo)

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Tianjin on an official visit at the invitation of the President of the People\'s Republic of China, Xi Jinping. The head of state was accompanied by his wife.

At the \"Binhai\" International Airport, the distinguished guest was solemnly welcomed by the Minister of Transport of China, Liu Wei, and a number of high-ranking officials. On this occasion, the flags of the two countries were raised, and the guard of honor was lined up.

According to the program of the visit, on August 31 - September 1, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the summit sessions in the \"SCO plus\" format.

In addition, the president will participate in a historic military parade in Beijing to mark the 80th anniversary of Japan\'s defeat in World War II.
