664 thousand babies have been born in Uzbekistan since the beginning of the year

The number of babies born in Uzbekistan since the beginning of the year has been announced. According to statistical data, from January to September 2023, 664.6 thousand newborn babies were born in the country.

Of these, 343.6 thousand were boys and 321 thousand were girls. 319.3 thousand babies were born in cities, while in rural areas this figure was 345.3 thousand.
