The head coach of the guests, Samvel Babayan, attended the press conference after the match "Nasaf" - "Andijan" (1:0) in the 5th round of the Super League and expressed his full thoughts about the match.
According to him, in today's match, they played the 5th round of the national championship and unfortunately lost. The score did not fully correspond to the content of the game. In some situations, "Nasaf" handled the ball more, but could not create a clear dangerous goal opportunity. They made a mistake in one quick attack and scored a goal.
Babayan noted that the opponent acts well in quick and standard situations, taking advantage of the goalkeeper's entry into the game. Such a defeat will be painful for the newly formed team and will negatively affect the morale of the players. Nevertheless, the coach emphasized that he will analyze the mistakes and continue to move forward.
The coach apologized to the fans: they came a long way and supported the team, but the result did not satisfy them. Babayan emphasized that since Nasaf is a principled opponent, this defeat was felt quite hard, but the team is strong and this situation should not tire them.
In his analysis of the match, he also noted that the team performed well in positional defense, but the play in midfield was not up to expectations. Active players such as Cheran and Boake did not have the ball, and they often remained without the ball. The lack of dynamics in the development of the attack and the inability to fully defend in situations where goals were conceded were noted as the main reasons.
Thus, Samvel Babayan analyzed the match and announced a plan to learn from the mistakes and develop the team, as well as show high performance in the next matches. The goal is to maintain team spirit, develop the potential of the youth, and play effective and organized football in every match.
