AvtoVAZ presents the SKM M9 minivan with a 9-speed automatic transmission

A major automotive premiere took place at the COMvex exhibition in the capital: Promtex, a certified partner of AvtoVAZ, officially unveiled the SKM M9 commercial vehicle model. The SKM brand belongs to AvtoVAZ, and production of the new family of vehicles is planned at facilities in Nizhny Novgorod and Tolyatti. This is reported by Ixbt.com .

All versions of the SKM M9 model are front-wheel drive and equipped with a 150 hp 2.0-liter diesel engine. Buyers are offered a choice of two types of transmission: a 6-speed manual gearbox or a modern 9-speed automatic transmission. The maximum permissible weight of the vehicle is 3500 kg, and it is equipped with an 80-liter fuel tank.

The base equipment of the new model includes a 12.3-inch multimedia screen, climate control, cruise control, an electronic parking brake, and a suite of safety systems (ESP, EBA, HHC, ABS, EBD). The SKM M9 line debuts on the market in four versions, three of which are designed for passenger transport, suitable for corporate clients and tourist trips.

Passenger versions include the 7-seater "Business" minivan, the 8-seater "Transfer" with an expanded luggage compartment, and the comfortable 9-seater "Comfort" minibus. Additionally, for business and logistics needs, an all-metal van modification with a cargo volume of 9.6 cubic meters has been developed, specialized for delivering large-volume goods.
