Cobalt Driver Arrested for Punching Traffic Officer

In Uzbekistan’s G‘uzor district, a Cobalt driver was arrested after physically assaulting a traffic officer, iibb.uz reported.

The viral video shows the driver punching the officer. The situation escalated after the driver parked in a no-parking zone and tried to flee when asked for documents.

The driver later admitted guilt and apologized. A criminal case has been filed under Article 219, Part 2 of the Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
