Matiz driver in Tashkent sets a record for traffic violations

One of the most frequent traffic violators has been identified in Tashkent. According to the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, the owner of a Matiz car committed over 900 violations within a year.
It was revealed that the vehicle had been regularly and grossly violating traffic rules since April 2024. As a result, 912 administrative fines were issued, with the total debt reaching 331 million soums.
Due to the mounting debt, the vehicle was placed on a wanted list. Following operational search and enforcement actions, the Matiz was located and impounded on May 15.
Currently, proceedings regarding this case are ongoing.
