41 iPhones stolen in Tashkent

In Tashkent, a teenager and his previously convicted friend robbed a smartphone store, according to nova24.uz. They stole 41 iPhones and phone accessories worth over 330 million UZS (approximately $26,000).
The store owner found the glass door smashed in the morning and immediately notified the police. Officers from Chilanzar district quickly arrested the suspects — a minor and a man with three prior theft convictions.
They admitted to planning the robbery in advance, breaking the door, stealing a safe, and cutting it open with rented tools. Inside were 41 smartphones. The stolen devices were sold and the proceeds split between the two.
