Those trying to import illegal goods worth 100 million were detained in Andijan

In Andijan region, individuals attempting to illegally import a large quantity of goods were caught. This was reported by the regional customs department.

A Volvo freight truck entered Uzbekistan via the \"Do‘stlik\" customs checkpoint and was inspected according to procedure.

During the inspection, around 4 tons of goods worth 131.2 million soums were discovered hidden and not listed in the shipping documents. At present, customs authorities are conducting a pre-investigation inquiry regarding the incident.
